Re: Ignition on engines with two plugs per cylinder
The bits about misfire aren't unfounded! They are right on the money. Good thinking :-) The bit about "no upside seen" is a nice way of putting what I was thinking too. I also can't see a benefit to them being staggered, but someone else might :-) Fred. They used to stagger them on the As...

Perhaps this statement indicates why you are our leader...Fred wrote:Clearly I drive much differently to you guys. I constantly pass virtually all other cars always, to "stay behind them" is to reduce my average road speed by 20 - 50%... Simply not an option for me really.

Re: Road rage incidents/idiot driving thread
Tips. Stay well back, and the best place for an idiot, is in front of you.. Re: Road rage incidents/idiot driving thread
I split this out of Daily WTF because on second thoughts it wasn't very WTF at all. By that I mean shlt like that happens all the time and although it *should* be a surprise it isn't really. I certainly don't think that you staged it (why post about it if that was true? you wouldn't...), and I do t...

Re: Low quantity pcb manufacturers
Sounds terrible. Can you post some pics, as it would be really interesting to see some manufacturing faults on PCB's, as we will all learn some thing first hand, as a picture, or two is worth a thousand words. On a more commercial note, if you need a good PCB supplier would be very interested in quo...

Re: Road rage incidents/idiot driving thread
I am pissed - but i am trying to keep my sense and drive normally and he does it again third time - i hit him in the back. If you were driving normally, and he had already done it twice, amazed that you hit him, and did the amount of damage that you state. Perhaps we need to add an accelerometer, t...

Yes the Chinks all seem to boast about how cheap they can supply you. Having looked at a number of things that have been produced there can indeed confirm that yes they are very cheap... Interesting the quality is often good... This normally applies to the first batch, but rarely to the subsequent b...
