Re: New wideband controller ALM compared to Innovate LM-2
The trace in question was My spartan 1 and the Innovate LC1. Neither use PID to control the sensor. The AEM uses PID to control the sensor as it relies on the Bosch IC and the Bosch IC uses a classic PID approach to control the sensor. In a PID system an over or under dampened response can be attrib...

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy
Can you email me again with your address, I will send you out a replacement, you do not have to send the unit back to me. I've sent you my details as we speak. As said in the e-mail: I -really- appreciate this gesture. I do have to point out, though, that not replying at this point was a poor decis...

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy
I tested your unit on my bench, it tested perfectly, after I tested it I offered you the option of a refund. I was hoping that you would take the refund, because the problem is with your installation and I do not want the headache of convincing you that you are the problem. Anyways I sent it back t...

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy
I have always shipped out product There seems to be plenty of "I ordered xxxx from you months ago, and have not received it". Yes, you do give full refunds, but no explanation as to why they never received their items. Im not going to order from a guy that doesn't reply to support emails,...

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy
I had issues with Alan also. Received a unit last year, layed on my desk for a year before I could use it (still well within waranty period). Unit didn't work as expected, bot narrow and wideband outputs stuck a 5v. Sent it back for testing and warranty. Had to constantly email him about the status...

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy
Ok, 14point7 is a no go. I've read a few reports now of orders being placed, and the product never being shipped, or taking >2 months to arrive. Shame, since it looks like Alan has a good product. Next best? I have always shipped out product, if the customer at anytime is unsatisfied I always give ...

Re: 14point7 SLC DIY2 question
Sorry I get alot of emails, some things slip through the crack.
I can send you the source code for the winlog DLL so you can see the data format. I have no idea about drivers for linux so I will not be able to provide a driver for linux.
REgards,
Alan To

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy
Hey Hentai, can you send me your AFM units for me to benchmark? I will post the results and video of the testing. In return, I am willing to pay or give you some of my products. Back 2 years ago, I benched a new NTK AFX unit with new NTK sensor, it was posting a difference of ~0.4 AFR difference tha...
