Hi,

I am making an open wideband display. The project is composed of 2 parts; a driver and a display. The driver is based on an attiny861, the display is based on a 4 digit 7 segment LED display. A ribbon cable connects the display to the driver. The driver gets the AFR signal from the analog 0-5v linear voltage output from your wideband controller.

How about a version that displays EGT as well? Same idea, 0-5V input just shows EGT in F.

By as well, I mean a different version. I imagine that could just be a firmware change.

Unfortunately this project is not really expandable as I have used all the pins already on the attiny861 just for the wideband display. This is my first open source project, if all goes well, then I will be looking to do another open source project based on the ATmega88/168/32 that will display AFR/Boost/EGT, datalog to SD card, and do electronic boost control.

You could definitely do JUST EGT with it with only a firmware swap though, right?

You'd also need some sort of thermocouple amplifier such as the AD595 to have a 0-5V signal.
