Too bad.. I'm passing on the JBperf board @47,50 a piece.. that's a bit dear for a board with maybe 10 components of which
I have 9 in stock.
Just ordered a batch of samples from Maxim and will either spin up some boards myself, or just use a breakout board and
have an uglier solution.

Oh, I see, 40+shipping and 50+shipping for the power-supply version. I can understand your feelings on that. I guess your need is in the now, not in the future, right? Fair enough.
Peter used a breakout board successfully, it's not that bad and you don't have to shop carefully for the high power resistors ;-)

Re: New BrickRPM Dual VR Conditioner Board!
I'm putting together all the parts I need for the EFI + ignition side of things for my volvo to run on the m$2 I've built many summers ago.
My interest in a VR conditioner springs from the many people that have remarked that I should go with Hall sensors to avoid problems.
Since the VR sensor is OEM and fits as such, I have no intention to change it. That's why I'm preparing a better solution than the MS circuit.

Good choice. The MS circuit sucks. VR itself is absolutely fine. Hall isn't really better, nor worse, both can work fine.

Re: New BrickRPM Dual VR Conditioner Board!
Hi There
Just wondering if these boards are still available? I'm hoping to be able to use one to condition a VR VSS signal into a usable square wave.
Thanks
Cam

Not currently and I would not recommend holding your breath, sorry. Nab one from JBPerf, he's excellent.

Re: New BrickRPM Dual VR Conditioner Board!
Cool, thanks. I've seen that but was a bit put off by the price plus shipping to the UK. I was only looking at it to convert a signal for my speedometer but I might have a solution to convert to a hall sensor which would work out much cheaper.
Thanks anyhow.
